So, here it is. Go to a mirror, okay? Stick out your tummy all the way. Now, suck in as much as you can and THERE YOU GO OMG 6 INCHES OFF YOUR WAIST IN LESS THAN 3 INCHES!

Sorry for the clickbait title, I just had to comment on the stupidity of "losing weight quickly and easily" or the rabbit hole of eating and body dysmorphic disorders. Oh, and by the way, those two pictures really are me... The left is just my jeans pulled down a bit to reveal my big, beautiful hips, and the other I'm pushing my hips down with my hands and puffing out my chest. Oh, the magic of cameras. The Same day, only minutes apart. Literally.
If you want to lose weight, it's a lifetime commitment. Not something you can have in a few days to months. To lose weight, and keep it off is hard, but if you have the motivation to do it, YOU CAN. Go find a nutritionist(hell, ask your doctor. Usually, they're pretty good at estimating the healthiest way you can lose weight!)

If you just feel bad about your body, or have self-esteem issues, okay. You don't need to lose weight to be happy. I mean, look at mine. I have stretch marks, flab, and a lil muffin top. Here's the thing; I tuck that into my pants, wear a binder to help relieve the gender-dysphoria I feel with having large breasts, and, at the end of the day, I avoid the mirror and gravitate towards the things that make me happy, like my amazing friends, family, and community online.
You're an amazing person, stranger. We all are, in our own way. What you see in the mirror, or on the scale, doesn't define that amazing personality, or your talents, does it? Does it go "Oh, you can do this? Welp, here's a change in weight" No.
